The creators who show up in campaign after campaign.

Scroll through a month of Ugandan campaigns and you start seeing the same names. A creator who ran a fintech campaign turns up on a cause the next week. One who delivered for an online shop appears again on a delivery brand.

That repetition is a signal, and it's easy to overlook. A creator who keeps getting booked has been tested by real briefs, real deadlines, and real audiences, over and over. Their numbers aren't a one-off. They've shown they can deliver on schedule, which is half of what a campaign actually depends on.

It's the difference between a creator with one good video and a creator with a track record. The first might repeat it. The second already has.

When you build a shortlist, look past a single strong post. Ask who has delivered consistently, across different brands, over the last few months. Those are the creators worth a real relationship, because the second campaign with them is easier than the first.

Reliability isn't glamorous. It's just what compounds.

Until next time,
