Every July campaign, side by side. What repeated.

We put July's campaigns next to each other to see what survived a very mixed month. Three things repeated across all of them.

1. Category didn't decide reach. A menstrual-health cause (106,906 views), a mobile money service (129,743), and an online shop (131,111) all landed in the same six-figure range. What they sold mattered less than how they showed up.

2. Price stayed in a tight band. Across those campaigns, CPMs ran 20,000 to 22,500 UGX. Very different brands, nearly the same cost per thousand views. The market, not the category, set the rate.

3. The reach landed as planned. The strongest July campaigns hit their full target rather than a fraction of it. Jibu and MTN both reached well over 100,000 people. When the brief and the creators fit, the numbers show up where you expect them to.

The takeaway isn't about any one brand. It's that in Uganda right now, a well-structured creator campaign performs across categories, at a predictable price.
