The brands that own December are briefing now.

Uganda's biggest spending season runs from October into December. Festivities, gifting, travel, restocking, the whole quarter. It's the window most brands care about most.

It's also the one they prepare for too late. A creator campaign isn't an overnight thing. You brief, creators are chosen, they need about a week to film and post, and the strongest campaigns run several creators over a few weeks rather than one video in a rush. Work backwards from December and the planning starts now.

The brands that feel everywhere in the festive season aren't lucky. They started early, learned which creators fit, and were already familiar by the time everyone else arrived to a crowded feed.

You have a clear run at it right now. The feed is far less contested in late August than it will be in November, and every campaign you run before then is a creator relationship and a set of results you can build on.

Get ahead of the season while it's still cheap to.

Until next time,
