A phone brand sold instalments through two creators. 27,000 views.

Buying a phone on instalments is a considered decision. There's a price, a plan, a bit of trust required. Not the kind of thing you'd expect a short video to shift.

Banana Life ran a campaign on Burst to do exactly that. Two creators, a clear message about paying for an iPhone over time, and 27,495 views on a 500,000 UGX budget.

A campaign this small works on fit rather than scale. A payment plan shown by someone the viewer already follows, explained in plain terms, stops sounding like a finance advert and starts sounding like a tip from a friend who has done it.

Two creators was enough to test the idea and see real numbers before spending more. That's the quiet advantage of starting small. You learn what lands, then you put budget behind what worked.

If you sell something people weigh before they buy, a focused first campaign is a low-risk way to find out whether creators move it.
