Q3 closes this week. The best Q4 plans start with your own numbers.

Q3 ends this week. Q4, the biggest quarter of the year in Uganda, starts right behind it.

Most brands plan the festive season on instinct: last year's hunch, a competitor's move, a gut feeling about what will sell. The brands that pull ahead plan it on their own data instead.

If you ran anything on Burst this quarter, you're holding the most useful market research there is. Which creators reached your audience. What message held attention. What a view actually cost you. That's evidence from your own customers, not a hunch about the season.

If you haven't run anything yet, that's the argument for starting now rather than in November. One campaign this month tells you more about what works for your brand than any amount of planning, and it does it in time to shape your festive push.

Q4 rewards the brands that walk in with numbers instead of hopes. The window to gather them is the next few weeks.

Until next time,
